  • Conductive adhesives and conductive coatings: Used for microelectronic packaging and electromagnetic shielding (EMI) coatings.

Antibacterial and Medical Applications

  • Antibacterial agent: Nano silver powder has a strong inhibitory and killing effect on Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, etc. It is often added to medical devices, wound dressings, antibacterial textiles, and the inner coating of refrigerators, washing machines and other household appliances.

Catalysts and New Materials

  • Catalysis field: In some chemical reactions, it functions as an efficient catalyst.

  • Alloy manufacturing: Used for preparing precision alloys, silver solder materials and silver contact materials.

Packaging and Storage

Storage conditions: It should be stored in a sealed container in a dry, cool, and dark environment. Since silver powder is prone to reacting with sulfur and turning black, and nano-silver powder is prone to agglomeration, it needs to be stored in an airtight manner.

Packaging: Usually, it is sealed in plastic bags or glass bottles filled with inert gases (such as nitrogen) to prevent oxidation.
